Due to the increased volume of calls we have been receiving, we are currently changing and upgrading our phone lines. During the transition stage, there is an expected intermittent phone service outage.
We advise that in any time that you are not able to connect with us via phone, kindly reach out to us via email at email@example.com, stating your name, phone number and request or inquiry. However, if its an emergency, please call 911 instead.
Furthermore, please report any phone issues that you may encounter by filling out this incident report form. Your report will be investigated immediately upon receipt.
