Mr. Phong joined MD24 as an IT Director in 2007. He built and contributed valuable IT strategies and solutions for MD24. Before joining in MD24, he has over 10 years experience in software engineering. He worked as a competence consultant in IT strategies and operation management on several medium and large projects with multinational firms.
