1. Quality: American Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatrics

2. Leadership: Managing physicians must have at least five years of experience with management skills. Exception is only for physicians who specialized in Geriatrics

3. Availability: Reside in the local area and be able to help other Assisted Living Facilities and group homes with provider's management and quality

4. Team Work: Attend monthly board meetings and maintain our open-communication, team culture, mission and vision. The physicians and core members will vote yearly for the best members who participate in our board of directors for strategic planning
