No, anyone can utilize the services of MD24HouseCall but we focus on the elderly.

Traditional office/clinic doctors indicate that MD’s don’t make home visits, is this correct?
No. MD24HouseCall has insurance providers that encourage this type of service.

Can MD24 HouseCall Physicians Network be my primary doctor?
Yes, since they are board-certified Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians.

What medical insurance does MD24 HouseCall Physicians Network accept?
MD24 House Call Physicians Network accepts Medicare, Medicare with supplemental insurance, Medicare with Medicaid, most private insurances.

What is the cost of a home visit from MD24HouseCall?
If you have Medicare or Medicare with supplemental insurance, Medicare with Medicaid, or private insurance, there is no extra charge for a service visit.

Does MD24HouseCall provide Emergency Medical Care?
No. If you are experiencing a true medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

Does MD24HouseCall Network see patients in an assisted and/or non-assisted living home and group homes?
Yes. MD24HouseCall Physicians Network specializes in this type of service and is our core business. With the consent of the patient and/or a relative, or the legal guardian (POA) for the patient Md24HouseCall will make a visit to any of these communities.

Does MD24HouseCall Physicians Network accept HMO insurance?
No, MD24HouseCall Physicians Network does not accept HMOs.

Can I expect to be seen by a medical doctor from MD24HouseCall on the first visit?
Yes. MD24HouseCall Physicians Network always utilizes the services of medical doctors for the first in home visit of our patients.
