How We Help
MD24 House Call provides a specialized Fall Risk Assessment program which is designed to identify risk factors for a fall, and provide recommendations to lessen that risk. The program is managed and supervised by our board certified Physician Specialist.

Our goal is how to help diminish the risk one of the most Catastrophic Events in the Life of a senior, a fall.




MD24 Fall Prevention care benefits people who:

Are taking multiple medications
Have fallen 2 or more times in the last 6 months
Are experiencing vision loss, Are experiencing dizziness
Have throw rugs, clutter, poor lighting, lack of grab bars or safety rails
Unsafe stairs or worn steps
History of arthritis or joints pain
Back pain, hip pain, and knee pain
Hip and back fracture

We accept patient self-referrals or referral from your primary or specialty physician. Our office staff will verify the level of insurance coverage prior to beginning the treatment program.
Medicare part B and most insurance carriers cover evaluation and treatment of chronic falls provided by a qualified physicians and nurse practitioners.
