	MD24 House Call provides Coumadin (warfarin) or anticoagulation therapy in your home with instant physician management
	Our specialty is providing a medical professional that will test, monitor and help you manage your PT/INR levels more efficiently. Our board-certified physicians can also be available live to answer any arising questions while managing your Coumadin dosing

Convenient in-home services include:
	Instant INR results
	Instant medication changes (i.e. Coumadin dosing)
	We call in new prescription dosages and update your charts
	We will communicate with your doctors at your request
