Primary Care

Patients may choose to receive primary care services from MD24 HouseCall in the event that they have relocated from another state or locale that makes it difficult to continue seeing their primary care doctor.

Urgent Care

Urgent care is available for residents that choose to keep their primary care doctor but may be too ill to go out to see them. Residents that choose to receive urgent care from MD24 HouseCall doctors are also eligible to receive other ancillary services such as Coumadin, Diabetes or Podiatry care. We will communicate with primary care doctors and make them aware of any changes in treatment or health status.

	Board certified Physicians and Nurse Practitioners provide care in the comfort of your resident’s home
	Your residents don't need to leave their home to see a doctor; we come to see them where they are most comfortable

	Insurance covers all services so there is no out of pocket cost to patient or facility

Our POINT OF CARE services to our communities includes,
but is not limited to:

Eliminate transportation liability	Since our doctors will come to see residents at their home. There will be no need for the residents to arrange transportation for doctor visits. Save time and gas.
Source of referral	Most of our physicians work out in nearby hospitals and will refer patients out to higher care if deemed appropriate.
Move-in certification	Let us take care of the move-in process for you. We will arrange labs & X-ray with our partners if necessary to provide your potential residents a smooth move-in transaction.
Lessen RN/LPN responsibilities	We will take care of all the orders for your nurses. No messy paperwork will be left over. No additional responsibilities.
